Job Description

We are a fast growing software development company looking to hire a talented, driven, and experienced Recruitment Specialist. Your job will be to find new software developers to facilitate our growth. This includes finding fresh graduates, getting interns from schools from around Manila and Cebu. The Ideal candidate will have had at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment. This position is permanent

Job Requirement:

  • In charge of the Recruitment Process that includes; sourcing, cold calling.
  • In charge of coordinating with Schools for internship and fresh graduates.
  • Collaborates with the CEO, HR and Department Heads for Job specifications and directions.
  • Create new, innovative sourcing strategies and utilize existing techniques including: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, employee referral programs, and outside sources
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Ensure all open positions are being closed and filled on a timely manner and within the agreed budget.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in any field, ideally Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related courses
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience preferably doing end to end hiring
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure, and is detail oriented
  • Highly organized and creative
  • Well exposed in different job boards (Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.)

Work During the Covid-19 Pandemic

You will be working from our office in Kapitolyo, Pasig. There will also be the option to work from our Quezon City office when it opens early next year.
