Job Description

We are looking to hire a talented, driven, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Australian CEO. The Ideal candidate will have had at least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in the technology or software industry. This position offers excellent potential for an energetic and detailed-oriented individual interested in career growth in fast-paced, growing company.

Job Requirement:

Supports CEO by performing an array of duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.

Arranges and schedules appointments for the CEO.

Transcribe and proofread legal documents

Maintains calendar of appointments and coordinates meetings to ensure time is effectively leveraged.

Prepares/ Reviews Contracts.

Prepares materials and make arrangements for meetings as required.

Receives and screens calls and visitors.

Informs the CEO on emergency concerns such as issues that relate to business and personal concerns of the CEO.

Makes travel arrangements and completes travel expense reports.

Handles banking transactions of the CEO as may be advised.

Performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's-College Degree , any field.

Applicant should have strong leadership skills

Applicant should have an impactful presence

Has Excellent English communication (verbal and written skills)

Has Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Can work in a very fast pace working environment

Excellent Attention to detail and problem solving skills;

able to make own decisions

Handle Multiple Projects with Timeliness and Efficiency

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Excellent comprehension skills - can easily understand instructions

Has strong sense of urgency, assertive and resourceful in providing realistic solutions for urgent matters

Applicants must be willing to travel to Manila for Training.

Experience in working for Australian CEO is an advantage

Work During the Covid-19 Pandemic

You will be working from our office in Kapitolyo, Pasig or Cordova, Cebu. Depending upon where you live.

Also possible to work from our Quezon City Office which is opening in February 2022.
